6:30 flight to durban delayed - get an email at 5:30 to say flight delayed to 7am. Then to 7:30 and now again to 8:30. And now 9 am. Ask kulula staff as to whats going on and the response is " you will be told shortly"... Still waiting. Not to mention the fact that the check in this morning was chaotic. Different queues for different things but no one knew for what actually. No communication from staff their either. Kulula costs the same as SAA... Guess who i will be flying next time!
