I sent an enquiry on the SAA website regarding the renewal cards for my voyager account as well as a query on miles that had not accrued for a Star Alliance flight. Within 24 hours I had a personal response from Preyan. Follow up went on for about 3 weeks and I was always kept up to date with progress and what was being done. Today everything was resolved and I believe Preyan is a living example of excellent client service!!
