Pre-booked seats given away

Eservations were made via a travel agent. Ref # 2PIXYU. Flight SA208 22 May 2013. I pre-booked a seat from Washington to Jhb, 76K, when the online check in was done the seat was moved to an isle seat. the first call to pre book the seat was to Lebo and the seat was confirmed. In fact the seats were as follows To Washington 75a to Chicago 40a. From Chicago 40a and to Johannesburg 76K. I asked Lebo to send an email to confirm this. No email was received. I phoned the Thursday 9th May to check why no email was sent. Again I checked the seating and all the seats were allocated correctly at that point. Yet no email was sent again to confirm this. The flights SA 207 15 May, SA7404 16 May were correct and SA7413 22 May is correct.
I find the change of seating unacceptable for SA208 and the supervisor Sipiwe asked me why did I change the seat then. Why would I? No one at the including Sipiwe can help at all. This is not a cheap bus ticket I'm talking about. I can say this though SAA will never see me on any of their planes as far as I can help it. The sad thing is, nothing will come of this complaint as no one seems to care, as long as the pay check is received at month end.
