I went to book a flight on 20/07/2013 at OR tambo International airport to port elizabeth, was told there is a flight that leaves at 17:00 n that was 15:40 and i was told its fully booked by the sales lady at the ticket sale section n she said i must ask the guys who does check ins to c if they can help me, then i went there n spoke to one of the cosultants there he told me there are no sEAts but he can put me on waiting list n i said yes cos i wanted to get home, im a doctor and must be on duty that night.then he said i must tell the sales ticket lady that she must sell me a flexible ticket, wen i got there she said she cant cos there r no seats anymore even for flexible ticket. then she left me waiting @ the counter came later on to tell me she organised a seat for me, on the bussiness class and i must pay R3867, I asked her wat happen to the other seat that i must pay a flexible seat cos thats too much.sh said i eirther take it or leave it.had to. arrived at the plane only to find that there are few seats available on economy and 3 on bussiness class. i paid a lot of money and the SAA crew to me. i stll need answers to y so much corruption n my ticket date was for 21/07/13.
