All I want to do is change a seat

In order to change a seat number booked on your website (one seat was incorrectly booked) I was advised by your central call centre to first book more seats then request the original booking to be cancelled, with a 5 day refund turnaround... super inflexible booking system, will think twice before using again, terrible inconvenience to your customer must say.
