Ad service - change of seating

Caught flight to Cape Town from Braam Ficsher International. My seating was pre agreed when i went to check in that in am rather tall and need a seat with better leg room. Seeing that i was first to request that, it was allocated to me.

Then at boading my seating was changed citing that different plane. cool i thoight that this was pro-active of them. I proceeded to boarding. Only to find that i have been moved one ahead of the correct seating with legroom and also that a big guy had taken that seat that was originally allocated to me and there wasnt room for me to sit fairly comfortably in the seat that was left vacant between him and the next passenger.

this left a bitter taste as i was originally allocated that seat.

My seat nos on the day was eventually Class Y/Q Seat 11D.
