Debited for nothing

I tried booking tickets online. After twice entering my account details, I was given an error message of "Oops something went wrong", only to find out afterwards I've been debited by travelstart. All attempts to have the 'urgent' emails replied to and calls answered are to no avail. Wouldn't recommend to anybody
