On 12 June 2013 I phoned the call center to change my flight, I have already paid for my previous flight including my pre seat booking of R35. I received my booking confirmation after the phone call with the changes as well as confirmation of my seat booked, not deducting the R35 again. 24 hours before my flight I went online to check in but the website directed me to select a seat, because my seat was not saved.
