Margate Holidays bad Attitude From Office

Over December 2013 We had such a good time with our holiday in Margate through Margate Holidays Unlimited. The Caretaker was so nice and friendly and was willing to help us with the little problems we had. However, the office ladies Imelia and Belinda were so rude to us when we made the booking and after we had asked for our breakage deposit back. They are quick to add monies to your invoice amount and quick to try and keep the breakage deposit but don't they know how to speak decently to their clients? I spoke to Imelia when making the booking and she could not even answer the phone properly, if you dont want to be there then dont answer the phone as if you are bored and miserable. I then after the holiday spoke to Belinda about the breakage deposit that we would like back but she had all stories about how they had to check the unit first and deduct monies for things broken etc. We left the place in a good condition!
next time we book there I hope they learn some proper telephone manners and a better plan with keeping breakage deposits.
