I flew from Johannesburg to Cape Town on Friday 10 May 2013. On arrival at Cape Town International I noticed my suite case lock was broken off. A pocket knife was stollen. I reported it at the Mango callcentre, where the lady gave me email address to write a email to.
I sent a mail on 15 May 2013. The reply I got was that unfortunately my claim cannot be processed. This is really unacceptable. As a item like a pocket knife may not be caried on a plane. What else must one do with it.
