MANGO... DISGUSTING SERVICE

On Dec 12th 2012 my husband and I flew to Cape Town from Johannesburg on a MANGO flight. On arrival we noted that our brand new suitcases had been broken into and the locks and loops through which the locks fit had been cut off. We reported the damage to MANGO and obtained a MANGO complaint form at Cape Town airport and reference slip C 069591 detailed the damage and loss of items.

MANGO staff requested that we take the damaged suitcases to MANGO offices on our return to Johannesburg. This was done on February 1st 2013.

Since then we have made numerous phone calls and requests for follow up. NOTHING.

We spoke to Godfrey who referred us to Wally who was not at work!! We left numerous messages. NOHTING!!!

We spoke to Cinzia who promised to investigate and come back with answers. NOTHING!!!

This is DISGUSTING SERVICE from MANGO. Total failure to return calls. Total failure to address the complaint. In fact a TOTAL FAILURE TO DO ANYTHING.
