Just a quick word on the excellent service my wife received from the Cape Town staff of Mango. A few weeks ago, she flew from Johannesburg to cape Town on the late night flight. She fell asleep on the plane and when the plane landed, she got up and walked out, forgetting her laptop on the plane. She only realised that he laptop was missing the next morning at 6'o clock. She rushed to the airport and reported it to the checking in counter. The lady at the counter called her supervisor immediately, who made extra effort to get someone to look in the room with all the misplaced and unclaimed luggage and he found the laptop. So my real appreciation and congratulations to all the staff involved, from the cleaning staff who found the laptop and who hand it in to their supervisor to the baggage handlers and the ladies behind the counters - well done. South Africa need honest people like your staff.
