Hello Peter,

On the 9th of May 2013, I arrived at the airport OR Tambo to board a flight to Capetown (flight JE149 departing time 17:10 pm) boarding time 16 : 40 pm. I did a self check assisted at Mango counter and obtained a boarding pass and I then went to the boarding gate and waited. I was the second on the queue and they helped someone before me. As it was my turn Palesa gave me a funny look and asked me, "Whats up with three bags? ". Surprised I tried smiling and responded that it a handbag, Cosmetic bag and a shopping bag. I then put cosmetic bag inside the shopping bag. Paslesa said, "DONT LAUGH! ITS SERIOUS! GO AND SEAT THERE! " I was trying to explain to her that I was assisted at Mango and they said the bags are fine, but Palesa was not willing to listen to me. She was shouting at me, telling me that, "I am not allowed in her plain like that! " Her voice louder than mine and telling me that I WONT BE ASSISTED! and I was shocked and panicking if I needed to go somewhere and get help, I tried approaching her again, and Palesa JUMPED and said, "SORRY MAM! IM ASSISTING MY CLIENTS!!! I WONT HELP YOU, I WILL TEACH YOU A LESSON! ". I was surprised if I was not a client my self
