MISSED A FLIGHT DUE TO WRONG INFORMATION!

I am very upset. We bought a plain ticket on my sisters Credit Card for my moms's fiance. We took a copy of the credit card and her ID to present to get the boarding pass. The lady working at that stage (Wednesday around 7:30 to 9:00 am) informed that he does not have to present the credit card copy and ID AGAIN at the boarding gate as he got his boarding pass now and already presented to her. My mom left with the copy of CC and ID and so it can that person at the gate absolutely refused to let him on the plain. Now I am asking you, what kind of service is this beeing treated like this as a paying customer. He got the WRONG information and yet they want him to pay in more money to fly the next day, that said with having to wait and having a 50/50 change of getting a seat. This WILL be THE last time I buy a ticket from Mango. I am disgusted in the no care attitude he received when it comes to other peoples money! You telling me there is no way the person at the gate could not confirm that the CC and ID copy was predsented when getting the boarding pass??? And we still waiting the call back from complaints department...
