Wow, when I read all of these complaints, I regret not researching Mango Airlines on HelloPeter before booking with them
My flight back to JHB from Cape Town was on the 27/11/2013 @ 19:15.I arrived at the airport very early due to unforeseen traveling arrangements.
I went to the Mango Ticket Sales Counter were I wanted to change my flight to an earlier one. I waited in the queue & one of the agents were rude to a customer in front of me.
To my luck, the lady next 2 her helped me. There was an earlier flight back to JHB at a charge, well expected. I asked her for a few min.to speak 2 my fianc? When I went back, I was SHOCKED by this rude lady! When I handed her my docs, I had explained what I needed from her. She shook the confirmation of booking page at me & asked rudely what that was, too lazy to read!! She was RUDE, telling me that she didnt know what I wanted&SHE didn't help me in the beginning. I then took the doc, and asked for my ID as I would rather wait for her colleague. She proceeded shouting at me when I moved away from the counter. This is ridiculous. I am shocked and puzzled how her supervisor just stood there during this not doing anything.
IM NOT LEAVING IT HERE MANGO!
