While I was in the middle of booking my flight as I was just about to put in my credit card details suddenly the website pops up an error indicating a problem with pricing. I am unable to complete the booking. The site takes me back to the flight selection and the flight that i had originally selected is now R200 more expensive. I have already booked my own and my son's flights separately (simultaneously - I had both webpages open) as we are on discovery vitality and my husband is not. So now I am forced to re-select flights and go through the process again hoping that at some point Kulula doesn't decide to quickly change their prices again!
While I certainly understand that flight prices fluctuate I think it is unfair to do so in the middle of a booking. The flight should be sold at the price the customer selected.
