SAA Voyager takes months to respond

I have a number of queries outstanding with SAA Voyager however they take months to respond. I put in a request on 18th March 2013. They just responded today, 14th May to say that my request should have happened before 31 March!!!
These guys are so useless it is laughable. No wonder they lose money hand over fist.
