Service down the drain

I have an existing nedbank voyager credit card. I lost my Voyager pin and requested for it as i would like to see how and with what i can redeem my voyager miles expiring end of march. This request came along since June 2012 and has never been resolved since then. The latest request was in Feb this year and still i didn't receive any sms or email reflecting pin reset details. I phoned the ivr more than 5 times and sent the letter of my request several times now.
I believe miracles do happen, if any escalation could resolve I will be very happy (before end of March).
