I have been on four business flights to England in the last month, and am likely to fly many more times in the future. I tried to sign up with the Voyager programme online before my first flight, but an error was given "Member already exists".
I then emailed Voyager [Email Removed] on 17 March for assistance, but have had no response at all! I am now losing thousands of Voyager miles due to SAA Voyager's unwillingness to help.
In future I'm going to request that my company uses a different airline.
