I have been an SAA Voyager member since about 2002 and have always had trouble contacting them via email / call centre and the problem has just become unbearable of late!
I have been trying since March this year to contact SAA Voyager to ensure my trip to Thailand (march/april) my trip to the UAE (July /August) and now my trip to Canada (Dec/Jan) will be allocated to my voyager account to ensure I benefit from the air miles earned. During this time I also hire Avis cars about twice a month and cannot apply for the points earned since I do not have an active account???
I have called the call centre, been requested to email a copy of my ID, proof of address and request for details to be updated -- WHICH VOYAGER HAD INCORRECTLY UPDATED TO THEIR SYSTEM --- to ensure that I am able to access my account. All of this to no avail!
I am now unable to register a new account because all my details are linked to the faulty account that I cannot access! I need urgent assistance please!!!
