Who do you have to pay to get Voyager to respond??

I have started travelling a fair amount for work so wanted to join SAA Voyager rewards program to reap some of the benefits of being away from home so often. I tried to register for Voyager on their website. Twice it bombed me out when I hit the "Submit" button. I left it for a little while and then tried again. However, this time when I completed the form and submitted it, the website informed me I was already a member!!! This was news to me since I hadn't had a single communication from Voyager. So I emailed the contact given and requested my membership details. A whole month later they responded to say they were unable to help me without mt ID number. I replied with my ID number. That was two months ago. Nothing. I have done more than 10 flights since then and am really quite miserable that I have missed out on so many miles. Great service Voyager. Not.
