Worse Credit Card Loyalty Voyager Nedbank Credit

The Nedbank SAA Voyager Linked point system has got to be the absolutely worst programme ever.
Firstly no correspondence is issued to inform clients of the benfits accrued and the call centre service is pathetic both with SAA Voyager and Nedbank.

Then when clients do enquire they take weeks to get back and then saying that I qualified for a free ticket but due to lack of correspondence of their side it has already expired.

I will be looking for better bank and forget about SAA Voyager their is no words for them
