I book a ticket with Translux. On Monday night 22 April 2013 I was waiting for the bus to go back home to Johannesburg and no bus. No warning and not even a sms to let me know! I had to book accommodation. Miss a job interview, had to pay a taxi to take my kids to school and fetch them. Had to pay more to go with Greyhound. Not even a apology. I had to phone them how many times, on my cost to refund my R290.00 and even that is an effort for them. So Translux cost me thousands, because they did not bother to let me know about the strike, although they had two cellphone numbers for me. Even this complaint will not hurt them because people will stil use them. The consumer lose all the way!!!
