Who can assist me w.r.t getting my funds back from Translux.
My trip was during the strike and I've been phoning numerous times to translux with no result of getting back a refund, which is adding to my frustration. Why give numbers that one can't get through to speak to a consultant (Since 22 Aug). I feel, it's not my responsibility to go to capetown and get refund when I've paid with my credit card, I expect translux to electronically reverse the payment.
The following numbers are of no use, either people tell me to phone (0117748360/27) again and again, after I've tried numerous times. The call centre and the office in CPT can't help me. As mentioned I'm not going into CPT to get a refund, expect payment to be reversed or EFT to my account.
