I tried to get a refund from Translux since 2May 2013. They said I must e-mail the ticket and my I'd and then phone to find out if they received the e-mail. I did everything according to them and I still did not get any refund. When I phoned again to find out what is going on they were on strike. Since then none of the numbers, even the customer service desk is unreachable. Are they still on strike. Please contact me to solve this problem. Helene 0733531848. I still got the ticket unused because the bus never pitch up in kroonstad. I was therean hour before departure time. And left 3hours after departure time, even customer service tried toi get hold of the bus that morning. The inspectors also took my detail. Now what now???
