BAD ATTITUDE

On Monday 6th May 2013, my brother, sister and myself flew from PE to Johannesburg on JE 546. When we booked in we received the strangest response from the black lady behind the counter (unfortunately we didnt get her name). My brother asked her if there were any window seats available to which she replied NO. He then asked if we could have three seats together to which she replied NO. He proceeded to ask her which plane we would be flying on to which she replied "a big orange one". This kind of response is not acceptable. She however proceeded to give us our boarding passes, and strangely enough we had 3 seats together and even a window seat. We had a very stressful time in PE as our brother is very ill and we didnt need this kind of response.
