Tickets booked and split seats, attitude given

Using the machines to get the "Love nest" seats, when you select them, it usually selects both.

Instead, it selects 1 of the love nest seats, plus 1 of the seats next to it. WHY ON EARTH WOULD I WANT HALF A LOVE NEST SEAT AND STILL HAVE THE THING IN BETWEEN?!

then when I ask the lady why? she says "the machine allows it. you did something wrong, and you booked that seat. so thats it"

Never mind being helpful, or replacing it.

Those tickets are VERY expensive, and I get treated by your staff like rubbish. nothing gets done about it!
