We regulary go to the Blue Route mall spur. However on the day in question, it is what is known as "Burger Night" myself and my family had been waiting a while in the line to enter and because we asked for a table close to the play area it took a bit longer. Eventually there was a seat close to the play area, the waiter directed us the seat was in actual fact not close at all, we informed him about this and he directed us to the open seats which was in fact close to the play area. When we were seated the customers next to us started arguing with us that the seat has been booked, and we cant be seated there, they informed us that the manager is keeping the seat for there friends .we called the manager, Dhelia we asked her whether the seats were booked she said no it wasnt, then she replied they have an arrangement. We asked her when was the seats booked and for who but she whould not answer, she said the seats will be kept for them, as there was an arrangement. We had to pack our things and leave the restaraunt. We are usual customers there my daughter was looking forward to it instead we had to leave because the Dhelia was keeping seats. There was no booking /reservation on the seats.
