Settlement Lette

Hi
Ive send lots of e-mails the past two weeks. JUST to get a settlement Letter. I do not get any responce... only as statement. The bank do not want a statement... they want a settlement Letter. There is no number you can phone, if you phone customer care number on the credit card, they just said they cant do anything... I must send a e-mail..

Please guys it is very URGENT!!
