I have now spent two hours to obtain a settlement letter for my Kulula credit card. Everybody seems to put me through to customer services who only say you need to send an email to request a settlement letter. The email comes back immediately saying they will attend to my email in 48 hours!!! And apparently this can take between 7-10 working days to receive the letter after the 2 days they take to attend to your request. The email states if there are urgent queries to phone them which I did only to be put on hold for 40 minutes before they put me through to collections who cannot assist me as my accounts are not in arrears. I applied for a consolidation account that is pending the settlement letter. Every other credit provider - including Discovery card thats also part of FNB take the requests telephonically and state that I will receive my letter within 24 hours. What is up with the bad service regarding the Kulula card! Can somebody urgently assist me to obtain my settlement letter!
