I am sitting with a montly tag for the month from dube to midrand and i just called the putco call centre 0839194287 and was advised that i need proof for a refund. like really? who keeps that? i dont have it and will not even try to find it bcos i throw that piece of paper away. 1st we were told on thursday that next day was a strike. Putco! Find a way of refunding the monthly tags or prooving that one had a monthly tag vs a weekly. I dont know how that will be done, but surely you should have thought of that. And because i am not going to use putco anymore i dont want to be told about a credit towards my next fillup as the lady at the call centre said who sounded bored as well and gave me another number to call 0100033882 for soweto queries and that number is not answered at all. So please can i have proper feedback unlike the nonsense im told or hearing.
