On the 19th of April the bus strike started and none on your vendors were selling clip cards due to the strike which was unstandable however thinking that the strike is over after some reports on the radio, I ended up buying two completely new clip cards for me and my spouse and now they cannot be used.
I logged a complaint last week Wednesday with the contract centre who promised to get someone to call me back and to date i have not received any feedback or any call.
