Hi There,
I am desparately wating for a settlement letter which includes my ID number and account number in it. This is required for my employment at a fincancial institution. I have called into the accounts department and they advised that they cannot issue a statement as the account was handed over for collection. I received the settlement letter but the problem is that my ID number is not included. I called into the call centre and sent several emails but the is simply no response. I really really need this as a matter of urgency as my employment is entirely dependent on this. I have been sitting at home for the past few years and now that i am about to get employed i get all this unnecessary delays. I know it would not take even 15 minutes to edit and send the letter.
Please help
