Urgent Settlement lette

I called the service centre on Saturday (01.02.2014) requesting a urgent settlement letter on my credit card. I was advised that it takes up to 4 days and must be requested via e-mail. I sent a e-mail 2min later and did a follow-up this morning to be told it takes 24 to 48 hours to show, even though I got a read receipt on Saturday already. I urgently require a settlement letter for my credit card and would appreciate some urgency.
