Where do I start? My wife and I flew SAA CPT-JNB-GRU-SCL-GRU-JNB-CPT. OUtbound our bags were missing 2 days and inbound to SA it was lost 3 days. Upon receipt of the 4 bags, they were damaged. We took them back to the airport for repairs and went to collect a week later and the bags were not repaired or were in worse condition. The manager was blaming us and didn't want to believe 4 bags were damaged in one flight. Besides that we were told for each day lost we would get $75 (R710) X 3 days, approved by Brandon at the airport. When we went to claim the money they told us it was R500 a day for only 2 days. The manager said he was going to take care of all this and follow up with us the next day. Its been 3 days, we had to call him and he passed the buck and made us call the airport, failing to fulfill his promise. There aren't enough characters in this message to complete all my complaints for 1 trip and this is the 4th consecutive time flying SAA with the same issues. There is NO service from SAA and I will never fly them again.
