I flew from George to To Doha on Tuesday 14 Jan. When I checked in at George Airport, the consultant, or person who does the check in, said to me that the ticket my company bought allowed only ONE luggage piece. As Im working offshore as a commercial diver, I ALWAYS travel with 2 bags. Vernon then suggested that I wrap my 2 bags together on order to make it one piece. I arrived in Doha, Qatar with no bags. Its day now day 3 and started to track these myself. Got my wife to phone Qatar AW in JHB, and they said its highly unlikely that my bags were allowed through as it is apparantly illegal to wrap 2 bags together. NOW my bags are lost and no one knows where they are. I have phoned SAA in George and Qatar AW in JHB... with no luck.
