Bags lost, or delayed???

My crew arrived in Libreville from JHB on Wednesday 27 November 2013 without their bags. I arrived on Friday 29November 2013 without my bags but the passengers from Wednesday's flight's bags arrived on that flight. So I was told my bags would be there on Saturday, went to the airport with no luck and the passengers on that flight did not get their bags either. That's 3 flights in one week Then on Sunday I was told by a SAA consultant that my bags are in Douala and there will be a flight landing in Libreville with bags from Douala on Sunday at 22:00. Went to the airport AGAIN and THERE WASN'T EVEN A FLIGHT!!! I have spent well over R600 in phone calls not to mention the R400 overweight that I paid and the money per day that me and my company are loosing because I need uniforms (that is packet in my bag) to work... might I mention that I am an airhostess on VIP chartered flights for ministers in Gabon and as per legal requirement the aircraft cannot take off without me on it in uniform... this means that the company looses thousands of US Dollars for each day that we do not have our bags with us... all of that and SAA has the audacity to TO customers!!!
