Thank you Lancet for NOTHING. No invoices/accounts, emails or calls. Not even a reply on my recent email as requested,
On Friday 24 January I got a sms out of the blue that I was handed over to attorneys as my account was not paid. I thought this must be an error as I do not have any outstanding accounts. No statements/invoices received neither a phone call or sms, So I phoned. Great my surprise to learn this is Lancet, my Lancet account has been paid in full in July 2013. Lancet update your system, not impressed! Why didn't you send us accounts or contacted me regarding this matter. Nothing was received! (I only received 1 invoice on my request via email in July 2013) The account would be cleared up in a jiffy. How can we know of any discrepancies if you do not apply normal standing procedures for "outstanding" accounts? Please get your accounts department in order as this is not the first time!
I like to receive confirmation via email that Lancet rectified the account.
