I received a call late last year telling me about an unpaid account I have since 1998, i told them that i do not know anything about that, and asked them why they were not collecting for the past 10 years. The lady i spoke to from the Attorneys office then told me to go to a police station and do an affidavit stating that i do not know anything about the account, i did that and faxed the affidavit to the number she gave me, after about six months again another lady from a different Attorneys office called me again about this account, i told them what happened last year and that I am not going to entertain them anymore. I recently received an sms advising me that if I do not pay they are going to list my name on credit bureau.
