My Blackberry phone died and after spending 5 minutes with Blackberry guys at Sandton, who told me it was a hardware problem and cant fix, that I take to my provider. After taking my phone to the provider and explaining the phone was broken and could be repaired, they said they would have to send it in for repairs and tale 4 to 6 weeks. After 4 weeks I have been phoning with no joy after speaking to the call center and agent.

The service agents are shocking and unhelpful, bordering on rude. The overall service and response has been shocking. These guys don't seem to care!

A new phone now has been apparently despatched, but seems that it takes Autopage takes a week to have it couriered to the branch, which is Autopage Midrand to Autopage Benmore. This is the worst service experience I have ever experienced and they don't seem to care.

Hopefully I wont need to use them again and hope no one else does either!
