My Vodacom Nightmare

I've been trying to sort out my deleted account situation, from calling customer care 082111, to visiting vodashop branches to no avail. My accounts have been deleted supposedly from a massive arrears bill which started from Nov-2012. On 12 Feb-2013 starting to panic, I phoned customer care and found my 149 my2gig account had been upgraded Oct-2012. Weeks ensued by which I provided my affidavit, copy of id, inquired on the investigation extra. I informed Vodacom I would reverse my debit order Feb-2013 onwards till complete resolution. 26-Mar-2013 received sms stating that my upgrade dispute had been resolved. The contract would be corrected and my money refunded. Happy, I phoned accounts to finalise but they were still awaiting confirmation so I continued phoning, eventually my accounts were deleted. I was then told get two new sim cards fax through and we'll reactivate on those. This week I've been told can't reactivate due to the massive arrears still linked on record, still waiting on credit notes, upgrade department extra. Please, can anyone at vodacom help me? I just want to reactivate my accounts, correct the arrears record and re-establish my debit order, please
