Exorbitant data bill

I received an exorbitant data usage bill of R6800 (vat inc) after 2 days of my data bundle expiring on my new blackberry Z10. This means the phone generated this amount in 2 days! This is simply ridiculous.
I have logged a call with Vodacom, and although someone got back to me and assured me of a substantial discount this was 5 days ago and i have heard no more.
My phone was softlocked. I have tried to go into a vodacom shop and the poor assistant was unable to help as the problem did not even appear on his screen. He was completely unable to see on his system what the problem was or how he could help.
He provided me with an additional 100mb bundle so at least my phone would be operational, but i received notice less than 2 hours later that this bundle was almost used up.
The assistant at the shop assured me nothing seemed wrong with the phone - but if it is using 100mb in 2 hours obviously something is wrong.
I am tired of being endlessrely referred to call centre agents and inept staff who can do little to help.
I want the exorbitant bill removed and my new blackbery z10 fixed and set up properly so i no longer incur such ridiculous phone bills.
