I have had this cell c usb stick for internet for the past 3 years and i have had strong internet coverage and fast
connections last year. this year i am being constantly disconnected and receiving no connections yet i am living
in the very same house and area. please explain as this problem is happening for a few months now and it is
unacceptable as i am paying for a service i cannot use. again i went into the cellc store in richards bay
boardwalk and the manager in store cannot help me nor will allow to escalate the matter instore! why should
i call from my house when the cell c store does not allow me to contact head office instore?
