Purchased a Samsung Note 2 on contract with cell c, but have not had much joy with the network coverage ever since. I am in the Vaal & when I called cell c to check whether it was perhaps my settings or something they assured that a tower was to be set up in a few months time. My question is why sell a "smart phone" when there ain't "smart coverage"
This is extremely frustrating. No incoming / outgoing calls, messages or instant messaging, NOTHING!! - no way to communicate at all.
Paying R400 for a phone that cant do even just the basics is a total waste.
I feel that Cell C is the Worst provider ever, even with good rates the coverage is truly pathetic. I kindly request you to investigate and take immediate action...
