After Upgrading online on the 2nd of December 2013, I opted for the iPhone 5s which a man by the name of Shaun promised me I would receive in the next week.

After numerous calls to their call centre with no one being able to give me an answer other than there is no stock available I eventually spoke to Thabelo on the 8th of January who informed me that they had received stock and I would get the phone next week.

Well today I phoned to find out when this week I could expect the phone (exactly six weeks after the upgrade) and a woman by the name of Leticia informed me that they had received stock but because of the backlog I will not be receiving one of the phones...

After 13 years with Autopage it is sad that they will now be losing a loyal customer.
