OVERCHARGING ON CONTRACT

In May 2012, I purchased a Blackberry 9300 online that was advised for R150, 00 per month. After speaking to a Cell C Agent, I accepted the contract for a Control Chat 150.
24/04/12 Vusi Xaba loaded on the contract. 03/05/12 Mumsy activated the phone.
30/06/12 Received statement reflecting R400, 00. 27/07/12 Logged a query with Caylien (Ref No. 2072702459). 31/07/12 Received statement reflecting R200, 00. 29/08/12 Regan. Logged a query with Regan (Ref No. 2082902455). 31/08/12 Received statement reflecting R308, 48. 10/09/12 Spoke to Amanda Ngwenya. Unhappy with the overpayment of my contract. She advised that she would obtain a my contract and call me back to rectify this. 30/09/12 Received statement reflecting R257, 00. 31/10/12 Received statement reflecting R257, 00. Ever since, I have been receiving monthly statements from Cell C reflecting an amount of R257, 00 that would be deducted from my bank account. I confirm that I have agreed to a contract of R150, 00 per month inclusive of VAT. I am now being overcharged for something that I did not agree to and I am very unhappy with the service delivery at Cell C. Its now almost a year gone by.
