INCORRECT BILLING ON STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT

On the 27/02/2013 i purchased a lounge suite at Russells on hire purchase and put a deposit down of R2 000. My contractual amount inclusive of the deposit worked out to R8 543.95. The contract is for 12 months and the monthly installments amounts to R712. On receipt of my 1st statement - dated 07/03/2013 it showed that i owed R10 097.55 and my deposit was not reflecting anywhere on the statement. My account has been debited with R34.20 for monthly fee, Goods insurance R68.55 and billed finances charges. All these charges were included in the contractual amount of R8 543.95. On the 07/4/2013 i received my 2nd statement with an opening bal of R10 637.72 and once again debit entries for monthly fees, goods insurance and billed finances charges, however my R2000 dep was reflecting. I called the call centre -0860110807 on the 3/5/2013 and they could not assist me. I logged an email query on the same day to [Email Removed] to date i've not received any feedback, I went to the branch on the 04/05/2013 the manager made copies of my statement and advised that he will escalate the matter to the Regional Manager. Up until today no one has been forthcoming to my query regarding these charges
