Statements sent on email show contract bal and not

I spoke to Rene on 1 March 2013 and requested a statement as i have not received one since closing Capital Actual Balance of R39 715.76 ON 27 October 2013.
She sent me a statement now reflecting Contract Balances in the region of R65 285.84 WHICH IS NOT THE ACTUAL CAPITAL BALANCE OWING.
How am i supposed to reconcile my account on this basis.
I phoned again today and spoke to Bokang and he went around in circles and was not able to understand a simple request. I asked him to put me through to a supervisor and was left hanging on the phone.
I am sick and tired of Wesbank's poor pathetic service.
All i am asking is for a statement from 27 th October 2012 reflecting all transactions and resultant Capital Balances to date!!!
It's a simple request!!!
Please could someone with a level of competancy please honour my request.
