Payment not reflecting

On 18/04/2013 I log a query with Eva at boardmans centurion about a payment not reflecting in my statement. I have made several contacts with her and the edcon group nothing has been done.

On 02/01/2013 I made two payments at Boardmans, centurion mall of 130 and 150. The 130 appears but the 150 does not appear. Today i spoke to Liezel Towel, she could not hep because she says I dont have a slip although the amount appears in my statement.

My question is why is the 150 not reflecting in my statement. It seems as if Edcon is not able to answer that. One payment appears the other does not appear. Please can you assist I dont understand why is my 150 payment not reflecting in my account whereas it is reflected in my bank statement
