After receiving my monthly statement, i realized that the previous months payment is not reflecting on my statement. I immediately phoned autopage and advised them of this. They advised I should fax/email the proof of payment to them. I done this on 21/05/2013, i received confirmation back from autopage via email that they have received the email and thanx for the enquiry, it will be sorted out shortly. We are now in July, today i received a sms notifiying me that if i dont pay the amount of R674.44 immediately they will suspend my service. The amount that is outstanding is the amount reflecting on the proof of payment to them on 21/05/2013. This is still not sorted and now they want to suspend my service for something that is payed. This is not my first incident with Autopage. I want to cancel my contract with Autopage as I constantly have to deal with this bad/no service.
